Executive Team

Joseph Jones (JJ) has spent his entire career in the telecommunications industry which has spanned close to 30 years. JJ has vast experience from field installation services, quality assurance functions, administration roles, to operations which includes over thirty various cable and fiber broadband start-ups nationwide and direct involvement developing operational and customer service strategies that help define On Trac in an increasingly competitive market.
Joseph is in his 21st year with On Trac and has served in many different leadership capacities during that time. JJ has provided both strategic and servant leadership which has played a big part in the company’s growth all the while maintaining its culture which centers around quality, customer experience, safety, image, and urgency.

In addition to his responsibilities at On Trac, he has given countless volunteer hours to the Fiber Broadband Association. Joseph has served and chaired various committees for the past 20 years, including being the Fiber Connect Conference Chairman for ten years which is the industry’s leading all-fiber conference. JJ is a two-time recipient of the Photon Award (2010 & 2020), which recognizes a Fiber Broadband Association member who, through their volunteer contribution, has demonstrated a high level of dedication to the organization and contribution to the industry. From 2021- 2023, JJ served on the Board and was elected as the Chairman of the Board in 2023. Joseph now serves on the Senior Council Committee with other former board members.

Brad joined On Trac, Inc. in 2005, which included steering various field projects and overseeing mainline fiber splicing.  His expertise in fiber broadband brought his promotion in 2009 to Director of Technical Operations where he contributed daily in the critical areas of installation technologies with a focus on outside plant services, fiber mainline, general fiber management, equipment, field operations, special projects, start-ups, and network troubleshooting.  Brad has directed multiple projects for our client partners and serves as a Director of Operations.

In 2004, Scott Mull joined On Trac, Inc. as a Fiber Technician in Dalton, GA.  Since that time Scott has grown in experience and leadership in over 20 different operations serving in multiple capacities.  He brings extensive field experience in fiber optic splicing, mainline construction (UG/OH) and fiber broadband installations. During Scott’s tenure he has also served in many leadership roles with the company such as Lead Technician and Project Manager.  Scott currently serves as the Director of Technical Operations & Safety.  He contributes greatly in system start-ups, fiber management, equipment management, quality control, implementing company wide safety policies and procedures, as well as daily field operations.
